Responsible Gaming
Version: 1.0 | Last Updated: 31 August 2026
At Daily Spins, we believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment — never a source of financial distress, emotional harm, or personal hardship. We are deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing our Players with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to stay in control of their gambling activity.
This Responsible Gaming Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you need immediate assistance, please contact our support team at support@daily-spins-au.com or reach out to one of the support organisations listed in Section 6 of this document.
1. Our Commitment
1.1 Responsible Gaming Philosophy
Daily Spins takes its responsibility to Players seriously. We are committed to implementing and maintaining a comprehensive framework of responsible gaming measures designed to:
- Prevent problem gambling and minimise gambling-related harm;
- Protect vulnerable individuals, including those at risk of developing problem gambling behaviours;
- Ensure that gambling on our platform remains a safe, fair, and enjoyable activity;
- Provide transparent and readily accessible information and self-help tools to all Players;
- Maintain strict protocols to prevent minors from accessing our services.
1.2 Staff Training
Our customer support and compliance teams receive regular training on how to identify signs of problem gambling and how to approach conversations with Players who may be in difficulty. We are here to help, without judgement.
1.3 Ongoing Review
We continually review and update our responsible gaming policies and tools to reflect best-practice standards in the industry. Player feedback and engagement with support organisations inform this ongoing improvement process.
2. Recognising Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of background, income, or experience. It often develops gradually and may not be immediately apparent. Use the checklist below to reflect on your own gambling behaviours. If you answer "yes" to three or more of the following questions, we strongly encourage you to take action and seek support.
- Do you find yourself spending more time or money on gambling than you originally intended?
- Have you tried to cut down or stop gambling but found it difficult to do so?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not gambling or when you try to stop?
- Do you gamble to escape from personal problems, stress, depression, or feelings of anxiety?
- Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or neglected bills in order to fund your gambling?
- Do you chase losses — that is, return to gambling in order to try to win back money you have already lost?
- Have you lied to family members, friends, or others about the amount of time or money you spend on gambling?
- Has your gambling negatively impacted your work, study, relationships, or personal responsibilities?
- Do you find that you need to gamble with larger and larger amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement?
- Have you experienced feelings of guilt, shame, or regret after gambling sessions?
You do not need to hit rock bottom to seek help. Reaching out early is the most effective step you can take. Qualified support is available free of charge — see Section 6 for details.
3. Player Protection Tools
Daily Spins provides a suite of tools to help you manage your gambling activity. These can be activated or adjusted by contacting our support team at support@daily-spins-au.com or through your Account settings, where applicable.
3.1 Deposit Limits
You may set a deposit limit to control the maximum amount you can deposit into your Account over a specified period:
- Daily limit – maximum deposit per calendar day;
- Weekly limit – maximum deposit over a rolling 7-day period;
- Monthly limit – maximum deposit over a rolling 30-day period.
Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a previously set limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
3.2 Loss Limits
A loss limit caps the net amount you can lose over a given period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place further wagers until the period resets. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to the same 7-day cooling-off period as deposit limit increases.
3.3 Session Time Limits
You may set a session time limit to control the maximum duration of any single gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of your Account. You may also enable session time reminders to receive on-screen notifications at intervals you choose (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes).
3.4 Wagering Limits
A wagering limit caps the total amount you can wager (stake) over a defined period. This is calculated on all bets placed, regardless of game outcomes.
3.5 Cooling-Off Periods
If you feel you need a short break from gambling, you may request a cooling-off period of a defined duration (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period). During this time, you will not be able to log in to your Account or place any wagers. At the end of the period, your Account access will be automatically restored unless you request an extension or upgrade to a self-exclusion.
3.6 Self-Exclusion
If you believe your gambling has become unmanageable, self-exclusion may be the most appropriate step. We offer:
- Temporary self-exclusion: Minimum 6 months, up to 5 years. Your Account will be suspended for the chosen period.
- Permanent self-exclusion: Your Account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened. This option is irreversible.
To initiate self-exclusion, please contact our support team directly at support@daily-spins-au.com. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. We will also remove you from all marketing communications upon self-exclusion.
We strongly recommend registering with BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register — to exclude yourself from all Australian licensed online wagering services in a single step. Visit betstop.gov.au for more information.
3.7 Reality Checks
You may enable reality check notifications, which deliver periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and a summary of your session's net financial position. These prompts are designed to help you maintain awareness and make informed decisions about continuing play.
4. Tips for Responsible Gambling
We encourage all Players to adopt the following responsible gambling practices:
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Treat gambling as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.
- Set time limits for your gambling sessions and take regular breaks.
- Never chase your losses. Chasing losses is one of the most common triggers for problem gambling escalation.
- Do not gamble when upset, stressed, anxious, or under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
- Keep gambling in balance with other leisure activities. Maintain a healthy lifestyle with a variety of hobbies and social connections.
- Be honest with yourself about the time and money you spend on gambling.
- Use the tools available — set limits, take breaks, and use self-exclusion if needed.
- Talk to someone if you are concerned about your gambling. There is no shame in seeking help.
5. Protection of Minors
5.1 Age Restriction
Our services are strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years and over. We take the protection of minors extremely seriously and enforce strict age verification protocols. Any Player who cannot satisfy our KYC age verification requirements will have their Account suspended until verification is complete, or permanently closed if verification fails.
5.2 Parental Controls
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use parental control and internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling websites. The following tools are available to help restrict access:
- Gamban – blocks gambling websites and apps across all your devices;
- Net Nanny – comprehensive parental control software for filtering web content;
- Cyber Patrol – internet filtering software suitable for family use;
- Your device's built-in parental controls – available on iOS (Screen Time), Android (Family Link), and most desktop operating systems.
5.3 Reporting Underage Access
If you suspect that a minor has or is attempting to access our Website, please report this to us immediately at support@daily-spins-au.com. We will investigate all such reports urgently.
